Booking & Deposits
A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation. The deposit amount, payment method, and refundability are disclosed at booking. Final payment is due at check-in or per the package terms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival receive a full refund of any deposit. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Event and wedding bookings have separate cancellation terms disclosed in the contract.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in 3:00 PM. Check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability.
Guests & Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is per the unit description. Additional guests beyond the listed maximum may incur fees or require an upgrade.
Pets
Pets are allowed in select villas only. Pet fees apply.
Resort Rules
Quiet hours 10 PM – 7 AM. No smoking inside any accommodation. Pool hours 8 AM – dusk; no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
