Good to Know
- 4-Month Seasonal Memberships are available only to non-residents of St. James Bay and non-residents of Franklin or Wakulla County, FL. Residence is determined by legal mailing address (principal home).
- Unlimited Golf Members pay no cart fees. Regular Golf Members pay a $20 cart fee per round.
- Lapses in membership status result in the initiation fee being re-applied when membership is reactivated.
- All memberships are billed quarterly unless paid in full.

How much is a St. James Bay golf membership?+
Golf annual dues run $3,950 for a Single and $5,500 for a Family. A seasonal 4-Month Unlimited Golf membership is $2,700 (Single) or $3,850 (Family). Social memberships range from $450 for a 4-month Single up to $1,800 for a Family Annual. Initiation fees are separate and non-refundable.
Do members pay cart fees?+
Regular golf members pay a $20 cart fee per round. Add Unlimited Cart Access — $1,000/year for a Single or $1,600/year for a Family — and you'll pay no cart fees all year.
What's the difference between a Golf and Social membership at St. James Bay?+
Golf memberships include playing privileges on the par-72 course. Social memberships include the eight pickleball courts, resort pool, 24-hour fitness center, priority dining, and members-only events — but not playing privileges on the golf course.
Is there an under-35 discount?+
Yes — Social Memberships have under-35 single and family tiers at reduced annual dues ($600 and $1,200, respectively).
